Parliament takes 5 minutes to HIKE the Salary of MP. But to hike the salary of employee after 10 years gap... Six Pay Commission took 18 months to calculate wrong fitman formula of 1.74. Review committee took 5 months to correct it to 1.86. And now Ministry of Railways took 7 days to just change the word "Government Servant" from the original notification to "Railway Servant". This is true India..
After the notification of gazette only DA rate have been publish till date. But clarification regarding the pay fixation of merger scale like 5000, 5500, 6500 & 7450 & running staff is not issued till date . Hence un-availability of the guideline Rly administration will do what they like .
In RBE 103/2008 pay structure only applicable to nominated 13 institution as mentioned not clearly specified that what about the pre revised 5000-8000, 5500-9000,6500-10500 merging and upgrade of 6500 to 7450 scale and some of zone cpo instructed to follow these uncleared notification which cause loss to employee and also create disputes among employee and Bill clerk
what about detailed notification like fifth PC notification which clearly explain every thing as it was given new fixation for each post clearly how much will taken by RB and will apply with in SEP-08
No,opinion of the largest trade union(AIRF) REGARDING 6TH PC yet not received by the railway men till now. No feedback of the following, yet been received .
